

Shelley Dinehart, Founder and Principal
Shelley Dinehart is the founder of Tallaine Associates, a Human Resources Consulting firm that provides advisory services focused on aligning organizational design and talent plans with changing business strategies. Shelley has over 20 years of experience in financial services, across Human Resources, Consumer Practices, and Communications. Before launching Tallaine Associates, Shelley was with JPMorgan Chase and its predecessors since 1993. As Chase's Head of HR, Shelley partnered with the CEO to bring together the Consumer businesses under one structure and strategy. She established the talent and succession plan, implemented the people management strategy and managed the delivery of HR Services for 150,000 employees globally across banking, lending, credit card, auto finance, mortgage, and wealth management services.
Having guided teams through mergers, acquisitions, and re-organizations, Shelley developed a passion for helping leaders identify the optimal organization structure, supported by the right talent, and strategies to engage employees. She believes that thoughtful, actionable, individualized development plans that leverage on the job experiences are key to preparing leaders for future roles.
Currently, Shelley volunteers with Compass, an organization that provides pro-bono business consulting services to non-profit organizations in Philadelphia and the surrounding area. Shelley served previously on the Board of Directors for multiple non-profits in education and health fields.
She obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Bucknell University and her Master’s degree in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University.
In her free time Shelley enjoys traveling, photography, hiking and cheering on Villanova Basketball with her family. She resides in West Chester, PA with her husband and two children.
